What is online integration?

This is an online event with an icebreaker, shared interactive tasks and multimedia in the form of an online game.

What does a remote event look like step by step?

You connect using a video communicator and then use our proprietary online platform accessible through a browser.

Who are online integrations intended for?

Online integrations work well for small, medium, and large remote and hybrid teams that want to improve collaboration and team relationships.

Yes - online team games activate participants, improve cooperation and integrate the team in a pleasant way.

How long does online team integration take?

The standard event duration is approximately 90 minutes, with the ability to adjust the length to the specific needs of teams.

How do I check available dates for online integration?

Contact us to book your appointment. We'll quickly confirm availability and lock in a time and date.

How long in advance do I need to register for an online event?

We recommend registering your interest in participating several weeks in advance: the earlier you register, the greater the likelihood of availability of your chosen date.

We also provide last-minute integrations, depending on current availability.

What are the hours for online integrations?

We organize remote events at flexible hours, also adapted to the different time zones of participants.

By when must the final number of participants be reported?

To ensure the smooth running of the event, the final list of participants is established up to 7 days before the meeting, but further changes to the number of participants may be made even the day before the event.

Will an online event work with a large number of participants?

We have experience in organizing integration events for several dozen to several thousand participants, while maintaining high quality of interaction.

Online event progress

Are participants divided into groups or are they all together?

Depending on the scenario, participants can play together or in smaller teams to facilitate cooperation and enhance competition.

How many people are in the groups after division?

Teams typically consist of 4 to 6 people, which allows everyone to actively participate.

Do we need to prepare a division into teams?

You don't have to. We can divide you up randomly, but if you'd like, you can prepare a division and we'll implement it.

Do you run everything yourselves, or does someone have to say something from us?

The event is run by our moderators, so the client's team does not need to be involved in running it.

Do you help participants during the game if something is not going well?

Yes - moderators support participants on an ongoing basis and in case of difficulties we react to ensure the highest level of comfort in the game.

Yes – we provide a demo or a fragment of the scenario to better understand the integration process.

Technology and technical requirements

Do I need to install special software?

No - participating in online integration does not require installing additional applications.

What are the technical requirements for an online event?

All you need is a computer with internet access, a camera and a microphone.

Can online integration take place on our video messenger?

Yes - the event can be conducted on the platform indicated by the client, e.g. Zoom, Teams or Webex.

Do you need a list of participants before the event?

We don't need it, unless you want us to divide you into groups according to your guidelines.
