Challenge
Celebrating the GBS anniversary together and building the energy of "one team" despite distance, time zones, and remote work. This was to be a single event for an international group—21 nationalities—so it was crucial to create a format that would be understandable and engaging for everyone, while also enabling integration, competition, and a showcase for each culture.

A multimedia online event in the format of a game show - with a dynamic setting, interactions and elements of competition, complemented by live music.

Creating an engaging program to enhance the internal online conference. A new format was needed, engaging and accessible to all, while also fostering integration and collaboration. The cultural and age diversity of the group posed a challenge.

Challenge
Organizing a unique team-building event to celebrate a key top manager's transition to another market. Due to logistics, the event could only be held online. Its goal was to create momentum, highlight the significance of this transition, and create a shared, powerful moment.
Solution
A fully moderated online event in the format of a virtual escape room combined with a game show, with full customization. We prepared an icebreaker tailored to the team, followed by a scenario-based game with elements drawing on shared experiences.
